HEY YOU!! yes you,, wOW hey so this is going to be really weird!! but like I dunno I felt like I wanted to say this but like? Honestly? I'm proud of you, like this isn't some joke. you are probably dealing with some tough shit and like?? You're still here! That takes a lot of strength to keep kicking. Like you're still alive and trying to move forward despite life trying to keep you down and thats amazing?? you're kicking life's ass by just being here by just fuckin existing! Even if you feel like you're weak or you aren't doing anything worthwhile just understand that you're strong. Depression, anxiety, and all the other fucked up shit that could happen to us might make us feel weak and alone and honestly so tiring to even get up half the time but by just getting up and doing something you're winning. Even if it's something small as drinking water or taking a shower or hell even just picking up trash it's a big step and you all arehonestly amazing and strong for taking your life in your hands and saying that you will continue forward. You are going to get better and one day you will feel okay!
